Terms of service

Once shipped you’ll be sent a shipping email which contains a tracking number for either Royal Mail or Evri. it is then your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for parcels going missing or being returned due to none collection

We understand how frustrating it is when items become damaged but please be aware we are unable to exchange or refund any item that has become damaged during use. If your item arrives damaged or with quality issues we will replace the item however it must be the same item/size no refunds will be issued!
